Seenay Ki Bimariyan


Khansi :


1 . jin logo ko purani  aur daemi khansi hoti hay woh musalsal  fruits aur vegetable , kachay aur pakkay huwe dono halat main  ziada se ziada istemal karain. Buhut jald in bimarion se nijaat pa lainge.



2.  adrak ka ras 12 ml , honey 12 gram , adrak ko kuchal kar iska pani nikal lain aur phir is main shehed mila lain..Din main 2 ya 3 martaba chaat lain, khansi kay liye buhut acha totka he.

3. shehed ko  namak ke sath  agg per rakhain aur jub shehed phat jae tau saaf  pani lay kar mila lain aur isko pilain.bacho ki khansi keh liye buhut achi dawa hay.

4. 6 masha  methi lain    aur isay thoray se pani main josh de kar boil karlain aur phir  isay chaan kar 6 gram honey milain. balghami khansi - dard  aur  seenay ki balgham ko door karne kay liye behtreen hay.

5. raat ko sotay waqt  8 ya 10  long, kachi ya bhuni howi khanay se  khansi aur damma door hojata he.

6.  Safaid  khashkas  aur misri barabar  quantity main  lay kar pees lain. aur  din main 2  say 3 baar 6,6 gram khatay rahain. Purani aur khushk  khansi  ka khatma hojae gha.

7. dhania ( khushk dana)  koot kar is ke chawal  alag karlain  aur in  chawalon ko khoob achi tarha se bareek karke ata sa bana lain. Garmi ki waja se paida howi khushk khansi main yeh  powder  1.5 gram se lekar  6 gram  tak honey main mila kar chaat lain.Khansi  bilkul  door hojae ghi.

8. Naryal  ka tail   ya badaam  ka  tail, 6 mili  litre  60 ml   milk main  mila kar sotay waqt pi lain. kali khansi kay liye behtreen totka hay.

9.  6  tola  wheat (gandum)  ko  thoray se  pani main josh dain. aur  is pani ko chaan lain.Is main 1 masha namak mila lain. Isay peenay  say khansi gayab hojati hay.

10.  carrots kay  juice  main  misri  mila  pakaen aur  iski  chatni si bana kar  is main  kali  mirch  pees kar milain..isay khanay  se  khansi ko  faida hota hay aur  balgham bi asani se nikal jata hay.

11.  damay  kay liye   adrak  ka pani  halka  sa  gharam karkay  eik teaspoon jitna  sotay waqt pi liya karain.

12. akk kay phool 240 gram, salt  60 gram, akk kay  phool ko  pees kar bareek karlain aur us main  namak mila lain aur  thora sa pani mila kar  channay  kay barabar  jitni  golian bana lain..2   golian  din  main  3 say 4  martaba munh main daal kar chosain.. Dammay kay liye behtreen ilaj he.

13.  khansi  agar  bachay ko ho  tau isay choti  ilaichi pees kar chata dain.  khansi  khatam hojae ghi.

14 .pakay howay  apple ka  juice  nikalain aur  saaf  kapray  say iska  pani  chaan lain aur  is main misri mila lain .Subah sham  piya karain ,is  se khansi  khatam hojati hay.

15 .  lehsan (garlic)  zaroorat ke hisaab se ,  honey 12 gram,  lehsan ko  kuchal  kar  iska  3 ml  pani nikal  lain aur honey 12 gram  is main mila lain..  din  main  3 say 4 martaba  chataen.

16 ..   dhania 6 gram , kishmish 10 gram - 60 ml pani main raat bhar bhigoye. Subah pees kar  chaan lain aur pi jaye.


17 .  Taza  Amla  khanay  se  Lungs  mazboot  hojatay hain  aur eik  kamzoor shaks buhut  jald  sehat  mand aur tandrust hojata  hay .
